and GC. However, uses not specified in the PC but
included in RSC require a use permit. Health and
Fitness is a similar example.
•Restaurant Patio (Gulfstream and Tommy Bahama) –
NBMC Title 20 excludes patio from GFA. However,
the PC does not make that distinction.
