Revised Condition 81:
Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the Applicant shall coordinate with the City to complete the required off-site improvements identified in the Sewer Capacity Study dated October 20, 2023, to the satisfaction of the Public Works and Utilities Directors. The Applicant shall be responsible for their fair share cost of the improvements as determined by the City, which may include the payment and construction of the entire improvement unless the City assumes the cost of the improvement.
