Per Section 7-1-816 of the County of Orange Grading and Excavation Code grading permit applications
are valid for a period of 180 days from the date of the application deposit. Your permit
application for this project will expire on expiration date noted above unless you provide
a letter requesting a 180-day extension. Your letter must demonstrate that circumstances
beyond the control of the applicant prevented action from being taken. Please use the Permit
Application Extension/Renewal Request form attached for this purpose.

3. Up-dated geotechnical report and plans
4. Bring this letter with you
If we do not hear from you prior to the expiration date above, the plans, geotechnical reports
and application now on hand will be destroyed. Please call your plan checker(Michael Fisher/)
or (714) 834-2629 for response to your questions or to inform us if you plan to take possession
of the old plans and reports.
