We propose to conduct the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Plan Checks as follows:
RS090174 (Remodel/Addi on 2-story SFD Residence and Garage – 4,025SF): 18 hours
(Architectural/Structural)
RS090178(New 2-story SFD Residence, Basement and Garage – 11,003 SF and
Loggias-3,289 SF): 32 hours (Architectural/Structural)
Administra on me is included in the es mates above.
