To Whom It May Concern:
School facilities that serve developments in The Irvine Company's Newport Coast projects,
including the above referenced maps in Pelican Crest, are being provided through the utilization of
existing facilities and through new or refurbished facilities which are being funded by Community
Facilities District No. 98-1 (Pelican Crest and Pelican Crest 11).
Neither the owners of the above referenced tracts nor their contractors are required to pay school
facilities fees for issuance of a building permit for the construction of these units.
