Dear Mr. Safaei,
The Board of Directors met on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 and approved your variance request
for 21 Avalon Vista — Lot 15A requesting to build a pool cabana outside the requirement of the
structure design guidelines. The signatures have been confirmed by management and satisfied by
the Board of Directors. The homeowners listed on the neighbor awareness form have the right to
review the completed structure to ensure it complies with the agreement of a maximum height of 11
feet.
