IS UNLIKELY TO HAVE A VAPOR BARRIER UNDER THE SLAB. WE ARE USING THAT SPACE TO COVERT TO HABITABLE SPACE AS AN ADU.

SIKA MB IS A MOISTURE BARRIER SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR MOISTURE PROTECTION CRC R506.2.3, CGBSC 4.505.2.1
UNDER FLOORING SYSTEMS AND MEETS ASTM F3010 AND ASTM E96 (WATER VAPOR PERMIABILITY RATING OF 0.06 G/M^2-24 HR-MMHG).
IT WILL CONTROL INTERIOR MOISTURE EQUIVALENT TO A CAPILLARY BREAK AND VAPOR RETARDER.
