The City of Newport Beach City Council should take the
following action:
► Deny the proposed request.
► Direct OCSD to work with City Staff and BVM to do
the following:
- Select an Alternative Location.
- Reduce project size to enhance land use compatibility.
- Minimize truck servicing impacts to Back Bay Landing.
► Resubmit for City Council approval.
