CONSENT FOR HIGH NOISE -LEVEL
HVAC EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
acknowledge that the proposed HVAC equipment will produce noise at a level that exceeds 55
decibels, to a maximum of 65 decibels, as measured to my property. A timer will be installed to
shut off HVAC equipment between 10:00 p.m. — 7:00 a.m. I hereby consent to the HVAC
equipment installation at tyl3 NtGB $LuFF DpW-- in accordance with the
Newport Beach Municipal Code 10.26.045.
