Dear Mr. Mucha:
As requested, we are approving the addressing changes for Fashion Island for suites on
Buildings 1100 and 900, as follows:

(suite abuts Nordstrom)

(two suites reconfigured into three)

(divided into two suites)
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, etc. Also, please inform
the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are
dispatched to valid addresses.
