Dear Mr. Turner or Mr. Hargess:
Staff has reviewed your submittal and pursuant to my conversation with Mr. Hargess of your office
earlier this week, the information submitted does not respond to the questions set forth on the
application. Therefore, the submittal has been determined to be an incomplete application and is
hereby returned to you with a request for additional information or your written request for
withdrawal of the application. As of the date of this letter, there is not sufficient information to
forward this matter to the Planning Commission for consideration. However, once the necessary
information is provided, the application will be rescheduled for the next available Planning
Commission meeting.
Unless otherwise instructed by you, within 7 days of the date of this letter, a full refund of the
application fee will be processed and forwarded to you as soon as possible. The architectural plans
submitted with the application are available for you to pick-up in the Planning Department at your
convenience should you decide to withdraw the application. 'You may reapply at any time, with
information related to the questions set forth on the application.
