Request to establish a Development Agreement between the City of Newport Beach and Park Lido, Ltd. The City has requested and Park Lido has agreed to advance (50) fifty percent of the cost of the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Hospital Road and Placentia Avenue in consideration of the City providing Park Lido, Ltd., with continuance of their right to develop the property in accordance with the approved Traffic Study and to further allow a Modification in the City's Park Standards to permit compact parking to be further approved by the City traffic Engineer. LOCATION: 351 Hospital Road     DA No. 2 PC Approved 10/4/84 The City of Newport Beach and The Irvine Company Request to consider a Development Agreement between the City of Newport Beach and the Irvine Company so as to allow the construction of 888 residential dwelling units and 50,000 square feet of commercial development in the North Ford Planned Community and 295,000 square feet of office development in the Koll Center Newport Planned Community. LOCATION: Property generally located northerly of Camelback Street and Bison Avenue, between Jamboree Road and MacArthur Boulevard, in the North Ford Planned Community; and property located on the easterly side of MacArthur Boulevard between Campus Drive and Birch Street in "Office Site C" of the Koll Center Newport Planned Community.
