South and East sides 332 sq.ft. each = 664 sq.ft. Tower (J.R. initial) (2)- 179. sq.ft.. each = 358 sq.ft. Total 1,322 sq.ft. These sign areas were calculated by multiplying tthe he dmaximumhefferenceinht by the maximum length and not taking into account size between upper and lower case letters. Subject Property and Surrounding Land Use: The Robinson's building is located at the extreme southerly end of FashionIsland. The balance of the center is under construction to the north. To the west the area is vacant except for the golf course but is planned for future apartment development. To the south the lanned for apartments and commercial uses.
