In response to a question posed by Commissioner Allen, Mr. Dmohowski stated that they were not aware that approval for one of the signs had expired. ' He added that no complaints have been received because of the sign. Conformance wi.th the General Plan The Land Use Element of the General Plan designates all but two of the. sign locations as either "Retail Service Commercial", Administrativa, Professional and Financial Commercial" or. combination of both.
