A proposed Lease Agreement is attached which has been re- viewed by Roy Anderson, Superintendent of Schools, and by the School Board. Note that the term is for fifty years. It is in form for execution if it meets the approval of the City Council and, in accordance with its terms, must be submitted to the electors of the City for approval at the municipal election on April 12, 1960.
