Certify the Program EIR
Amend the General Plan Land Use Element
Authorize submittal of the Local Coastal Program Amendment
Override ALUC’s determination
Initiate a narrowly focused amendment to the Housing Element*
Introduced ordinances to:
Provide zoning for residential on housing opportunity sites
Establish multi-unit objective design standards
*Determined a vote pursuant to Charter Section 423 is precluded by state law and that Housing Element should be revised to remove it as an implementing action
