•February 2018 - NBC wins design grant for Phase 2A
•NBC hires ESA for the construction documents
•April 2019 - NBC wins construction grant for Phase 2A
•June, 2019 – Agreement between NBC and City for City
to manage construction.
•July 2019 – Council considers awarding construction
contract
•September 1, 2019 – Construction commences
•December 20, 2019 – Project substantially complete!
