Please be advised that after reviewing the subject applications, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. The Lido Marina Village is limited to 5,463 square feet of outdoor patio area for
restaurants. Currently, 5,025 square feet of this is accounted for, leaving a maximum
of 438 square feet for L’Isoletta. Please revise your application and plans to reflect a
decreased outdoor patio area. If a portion of the proposed outdoor patio is being
converted from indoor space, please indicate the area of remodel.
2. Clarify the maximum number of employees provided in the project description. The
description states a maximum of 6 employees per shift, with 104 seats.
3. Please note the following requirements from the Building Division:
a. Non separated occupancy. Need to comply with Section 508.3 for each
building; or separate per 508.4
b. Separate facilities required for male and female
c. Separate compartments required for multiple users
d. Restrooms need to comply with disable access requirement
e. Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical needs to be submitted at the same time
for review

Please note that the project plans and application have been routed to the Police
Department for their review and comment. Their review is pending and may result in
additional comments.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
