All exposed ferrous metal parts to be galvanized per

Prior to starting construction, the contractor shall have
a valid City business license.
15. The contractor shall notify the design engineer at
673-2110, extension 271 after pl a cement 'of· forms and
prior to placing any concrete for curb and gutter so
that the form location can be checked to assure its
compatibility with existing construction. Advance
notice must be given -~n twenty-four {24) hours and
any concrete placed without prior approval fror.1 '.:he
design engineer's office will be the Sole responsi-bility of the job Contractor.
The contractor shall provide the insurance as
in Section 7-3 of the 'Standard Specifications
7-3 of the Standard Special Provisions.

City. The successful 1o\ol bidder v;i11 be required to
complete this form prior to iss4ance of the purchase
order.
Field surveys for control of construction 1·1ill be pro-
vided by the City. Final scheduling of this work can
be made at the pre-construction meeting. Request for
surveys shall be made 24 hours in advance of .work.

Every effort shali be made by the contractor to protect

tion. Should any of these corners be disturbed, they
shall be restored by the contractor at his expense and
