As an architect, I am aware of the significance of this role and the vital part it plays for the city. Living directly next to the Reeds on Kings Road in Newport Heights, a resident of our city, and someone who has appeared in front of your Planning Commission, I have a unique perspective on this process. After knowing Greg for the past several years, I can attest to his exceptional problem -solving abilities, which believe make him an ideal candidate for this important position. His approach to challenges is thoughtful, practical, and solution -oriented. Whether in his professional life as the founder of Golden Bear Equities and Arcus Harbor Real Estate Capital or his personal life as an engaged member of our community, Greg consistently demonstrates the ability to assess complex situations, listen to various perspectives, and devise creative solutions that benefit everyone involved. What sets Greg apart is his genuine passion for creating positive changes in our city.
