Your gesture is truly Sara J. Weber meaningful, and it will be treasured as a symbol of our shared friendship and the Erik Kenneth Weigand enduring bond between our cities. Though circumstances beyond our control prevented us from meeting in person as initially planned, I remain hopeful that our paths will cross soon. The wildfires that affected our region were a challenging situation, but we are grateful for the continued support and understanding from friends like you. Your kindness during these trying times has been a great comfort to me and to our community. In the spirit of our exchange, I am sending along a photograph of one of the most famous surf spots here in Newport Beach, The Wedge. It is a place that holds deep cultural and historical significance for our beach community, and I hope that this small token will convey the beauty and spirit of our city. While it may not fully capture the essence of our city, it is my sincerest wish that it will offer you a glimpse of the beauty and power of nature that our people hold dear. Once again, I express my heartfelt thanks for your thoughtful gift. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to meet with you in the future, and I look forward to continuing our friendship, fostering deeper ties, and sharing in the mutual benefits of our collaboration. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is ever anything I can do for you. With warmest regards and best wishes, /V-- Sincerely, Joe Stapleton
