I feel that it was a productive meeting. The application is complete now that there is the sewer easement issue has been resolved with Public Works as we discussed during the meeting. Additionally, the electronic copy of the plans is available. Public Works staff will schedule the sewer easement/encroachment review with the City Council for March 8, 2016, and I will schedule the Variance application for March 17, 2016. We can meet this schedule provided the changes to the plans correcting the driveway slope do not substantially change the portions of the proposed house above the height limit or within the proposed easement area.
