IN ADDITION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXPOSE ALL UTILITIES AND SERVICES AT LEAST 300 LINEAR FEET IN ADVANCE OF THE ACTUAL PIPE EXCAVATION OPERATIONS. 7.
