PRIOR TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION, THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PULL THESE PERMITS AND COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF SAID PERMITS. 20. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN THE WORK AREA IN A NEAT. SAFE CLEAN, AND SANITARY CONDITION AT ALL TIMES ANO TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE AGENCY HAVING JURISDICTION OVER THE AREA. STREETS SHALL BE KEPT CLEAN OF DEBRIS.
