PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE SPECIAL PRO-·
VISIONS FOR THIS PROJECT.
2. THE ENGINEER SHALL APPROVE POLE AND DETECTOR LOCATION PRIOR TO INSTALLATION BY CONTRACTOR.
