REMOVE AND SALVAGE EXISTING 26-4-70 SIGNAL STANDARD AND
APPURTENANCES. FOUNDATION SHALL BE REMOVED AND BECOME
THE PROPERTY OF THE CONTRACTOR. SIGNAL EQUIPMENT NOT
