ONCE THE ENGINEER HAS MARKED THE LOCATION OF THE EXISTING TRAFFIC SIGNAL DETECTION FEED POINTS, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL AVOID COLD PLANING THOSE AREAS. HENCE, ANY DETECllON DEVICES LOCATED BY THE ENGINEER WHICH ARE DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF COLD PLANING SHALL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AT THE CONTRACTOR'S SOLE EXPENSE WITHIN FIVE WORKING DAYS. REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF DAMAGED DETECllON DEVICES SHALL BE INSPECTED BY SIGNAL MAINTENANCE, INC. (PEEK SIGNAL) AT (714)563-4DOO, AT NO COST TO THE CITY. SIGNAL MAINTENANCE, INC.
