All sewer construction shall conform to the standards of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District and shall be completed to the satisfaction of the District Engineer. 2. 6 11 V.C.P. house connections shall be constructed from the sewer main to the property line for each lot. 3. The developer shall furnish the sewer contractor with o plot plan indicating the recommended location of the house connection for each lot prior to sewer main construction. 4. Manholes shall be precost concrete as manufactured by Associated Concrete Products, Inc. ar approved equal. 5. Sewer manhole frame and cover shall be Alhambra Foundry A -/270, or approved equal. 6. All sewer manhole frames and covers shall be left 6" below finish grade. 7 All sewer house connections shall be placed prior to surfacing of streets. 8. The sewer contractor shall raise the manhole frame and cover to finish grade after the street surfacing is completed. 9. Clay pipe joints shall be bond seal type or mechanical compression joints. Mechanical compression joints shall be "We:dge -lock': "Speed-Seo! Mainline 11, or approved equal. 10. In no case will jointing material using neat Portland cement, mortor or grout be permitted. I I.
