1. REMOVE All DEBRIS/ASPHALT/CONCRETE FROM EXISTING ACCESS/INSPECTION
PORTS. ACCESS/INSPECTION PORT IS APPROXIMATELY 0.6 M SQUARE.
THERE ARE 35 ACCESS/INSPECTION PORTS ALONG JETTY.
2. FILL VOID WITH CLSM (CONTROLLED LOW STRENGTH MATERIAL) TO
TOP OF EXISTING SLABS.
3. AFTER "INITIAL SET", EXCAVATE CLSM AS INDICATED ABOVE.

4. AFTER A PERIOD OF 72 HOURS, FILL THE EXCAVATED ACCESS/INSPECTION PORT WITH
STRUCTURAi. CONCRETE.
5. AT ALL TIMES CLSM AND STRUCTURAL CONCRETE ARE TO BE CURED
AND PROTECTED AS ANY PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE. EXCAVATED CLSM,
SURF ACE WILL BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE STRUCTURAL CONCRETE BY
REMOVAL OF CURING COMPOUNDS ANO/OR OTHER DELETERIOUS SUBSTANCES
TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICERS REPRESENTATIVE.
