Dear Ms. Whelan,
Irvine Company Apartment Development chooses at this time not to move forward with
the application to add a monument on East Coast Highway. Therefore, on behalf of
Irvine Company Apartment Development, CAA Planning withdraws Application CS2018-
002 (PA2018-094) for the addition of monument sign on East Coast Highway. We
sincerely appreciate your help and expertise on this project.
