Dl....... n.... - -41 --- COMMISSIONERS 0 0® o G d, 00 w ROLL CALL TENTATIVE MAPS Commissioners Present: Higbie, Jakosky, Rea, Clark, Clemence, Copelin, Downing, Autr! � i� 1t i Fk irlr iht�rA ink irk *,� The tentative map of Tract 5425, being a proposed sub- Tract 5425 division of a Portion of Block 56, Irvine's Subdivision consisting of 18.2 acres divided into 19 R -3 -B lots, located in the Eastbluff area, was recommended to the City Council for approval subject to the following conditions: Motion x Second x 1. That all improvements be constructed as required All Ayes by Ordinance and the Public Works Department. 2. That the boundary of the final tract map be checked by the County Surveyor before being submitted to the'City for approval. 3. That the following sections of the Subdivision Ordinance be waived and the changes be approved • as noted: A. (Sec. 9253.21) The final map may be drawn to a scale larger than 1" a 100' provided a map drawn accurately to a scale of 1" = 100' is furnished the Public Works Department. B. (Sec: 9255.24) Sidewalks not be re- quired along Jamboree Road. C. (Sec. 9255.28) Street lighting not be required along Jamboree Road. 4. That direct vehicular access rights from Lots 1, 2 and 3 to Jamboree Road be dedicated to the City on the final map and also by separate document. 5. That all grading be in accordance with a grading plan and report approved by the Public Works Director and a Qualified Soils Engineer. Upon completion of the grading, the Soils Engineer shall certify that the grading has been completed according to the plan and will • not endanger any property. All drainage devices required for lots draining away from City streets shall be clearly shown on the grading plan. 6. That the 10' parkway on Jamborse'Road be Page 1. That provisions be made to reserve sufficient rights to maintain a clear zone below the 60' elevation adjacent to Big Canyon. 8. That tentative approval not be given to the proposed street grades. (The proposed grades on Angel Way (Domingo Drive) will require an encroachmention property not included within the tract.) 9. That street names be changed as follows: Angel Way to Domingo Drive and Aster Way to Amigos Way. Tract 5435 The revised tentative map of Tract 5435, being a pro- posed subdivision of 52 acres consisting of 193 lots located in the Eastbluff area (Planned Residential Development) was recommended to the City Council for Motion x approval, as submitted. Second x All Ayes F MAPS Tract 5463 The final map of Tract 5463 being a proposed subdivi- sion of Portions of Blocks 52 and 56, Irvine's Subdivi- sion consisting of 11.99 acres divided into 14 R- 4- B -2 -UL lots, located in the.Eastbluff area, was recommended to the City Council for approval, subject to the following conditions: Motion x Second x 1. That the following numbered section of the Subdivision.Ordinance be waived and the change be approved as noted: A. (Sec. 9253.21) The final map be drawn to a scale larger than 1" = 100' provided a map drawn accurately to a scale of 1" . 100' is furnished the Public Works Department. 3. The vehicular access rights along the westerly side of Eastbluff Drive be dedicated to the City. (It was the opinion of the Commission that if future development re- quired access from Eastbluf£ Drive the City would permit limited access to be made available.) 6. That street names of Vista Bonita and Vista del Sol be changed subject to the approval of the Street Naming Committee and the Irvine Company. MASTER PLAN AMENDMENTS No. 9 Master Plan Amendment No. 9 (Planning Commission Resolution No. 664) which proposes to amend the Land Use element of the Master Plan was recommended to the Motion x City Council for approval. ORANGE COUNTY REFERRAL • The Planning Commission reviewed Conditional Permit No. 1077 which requests permission to construct a telephone communications center in the Al General Agricultural District and instructed the staff to notify the Orange County Planning Commission that Motion x they have no objection to the requested use.
