Ocean Front and 909- 911 -913 East Balboa Blvd., Balboa California. The Findings were approved with the condition that the following addition be made. "A Building Department preliminary plumbing inspection was made on November 7, 1960 ". The Commission moved that the "Findings of Fact" be Motion x forwarded to the City Council for consideration.
