prepared by the legal staff and endorsed by a Commission
Committee pertaining to Use Permit No. 504 and Variance
No. 530 filed by Balboa Development Co., on property
located at 906 -908 -910 E. Ocean Front and 909- 911 -913
East Balboa Blvd., Balboa California.
The Findings were approved with the condition that the
following addition be made. "A Building Department
preliminary plumbing inspection was made on November 7,
1960 ".
