MINUTES
Minutes of the regular meeting.of December 15,
1966 were approved on motion of Commissioner
Rea, seconded by Commissioner Clemence, and
carried.
AIRDMENTS
Commissioners Rea and Copelin disqualified
themselves and absented themselves from the
platform prior to consideration of the follow-
ing item.

Planning Commission Amendment No.. 228 which
proposes to amend Districting Map No. 26 in
APPROVED
order to rezone that portion of Lot 3, Tract
1125 .located on the northwest corner of Dover
Drive and 16th Street, lying between 16th
Street and Lot 10, Tract 4225 and between the
southeasterly prolongation of Sea Gull Lane
and Dover Drive; an-d that certain parcel of
land located on the southwest corner of 16th
Street and Dover Drive being described as
follows: Lot 148, Tract 1218, together with
that.porti,on of Lot 3, Tract,1125 lying
between Lot 148 and the intersection of 16th
Street and Dover Drive, from an Unclassified
to an A -P -H District (Administrative -
Professional), was recommended to the City
