AMENDMENTS
The Planning Commission considered Amendment
A -213
No. 213 which proposes to amend the following
sections of the Newport Beach Municipal Code:
Section 9105.2 "Height Limits.of Fences in
•
Front Yards" and Section 9107.26 "Definition of
Family.
Section 9107.26 which reads: "FAMILY ". "Family"
shall mean an individual or two (2) or more
persons related by blood, marriage or adoption,
or a group of not more than five (5) persons,
excluding servants, who are not related by
blood, marriage or adoption, living together
as a single housekeeping unit in a dwelling
unit ", was recommended to the.City Council for
approval.
