Presented to the Commission for study was an amendment
to Article IX of the Newport Beach Municipal Code which
would permit the combining of apartment houses and
hotels with restricted commercial uses and would
further amend certain sections of the zoning regulation
so as to establish a new combining factor for off -stree
parking.
After considerable discussion with property owners
along Mariners Mile, who have an interest in this new
zone and parking requirement, said matter was held over
