After considerable discussion with property owners along Mariners Mile, who have an interest in this new zone and parking requirement, said matter was held over Motion x for formal consideration at a meeting on January 7, Second x 1960. All Ayes • In accordance with Section 9105.2(f) of Article IX of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, detached garages Motion x were approved for lots 5, 8, 28, 31, 39, 59, 64 and Second x 67 in Tract 2202 and lot 14 in Tract 3542.
