Chairman Clemence stated that this was the first public hearing on the adoption of a Master Plan for Corona del Mar. The Chairman stated that no action would be taken on the plan, that the intent of the meeting was for information and discussion by interested citizens, and that further public hearings would be set when definitive amendments were drafted. The Chairman introduced Mr. Murton H. Willson, A.I.A. and Mr. Dell M. Williams, A.I.A., the Planning Con- sultants. Mr. Willson, in answer to audience inquiry, explained some aspects of the plan, particularly as the plan affected Buck Gully and other areas. The hearing • was closed.
