Minutes of.the regular meeting on December 20, 1962 and
adjourned meeting 'January 3, 1963 were approved on the
motion of Commissioner Higbie, seconded by Commissioner
Clark, and carried.

Planning Commission Amendment No. 139 which proposes to

add Sections 9105.51, 9107.311, and 9107.312 to,.and
amend Section 9107.32 of, the Newport Beach Municipal
Code relating to standards for off- streat pa-kking lots
and definitions was set over until the meeting of
February 7, 1963 in order that the City Attorney may
review the wording and following suggested changes:
