Rules and Regulations for the Planning Commission were adopted with the following corrections: Motion x Second x Paragraph II. Membership - After City Attorney, All Ayes change "or their assistants" to . "or their representatives ". Paragraph III. Officers - Change to "In the absence of the Secretary he may delegate to the Planning Director the duties of the Secretary, etc ". 2. February 7, 1963 at S OO P.M., in the City Council Chambers was designated as the.date, time and place for a public hearing regarding amendments to the Street and Motion x Highway element of the Master Plan.
