Mr. Harvey Pease, the adjoining property owner and Mr. Robert Horn who lives directly across the 14 ft. easement spoke in opposition to the granting of -the application. Mr..Don Rypinski and Mr. Richard A. Reese of the Irvine Company addressed the Commission re- garding the,signing program for Newport Center, . Mr. Benjamin B.,Nolan, City Engineer addressed the Commission regarding the sign requested to be placed in the median of Newport Center Driv , After discussion, the Commission approved 6 of.
