Commissioner Downing joined the meeting during the following discussion. TENTATIVE MAPS The Commission considered the tentative map of Tract 6152 Tract 6152, being a proposed subdivision of a portion of Blocks 96 and 97, Irvine's Subdivi- sion, consisting of 134.4 acres divided into 391 single family residential lots and 1 private recreational lot, located north of 5th Avenue and east of the prolongation of Marguerite Avenue,. Corona del Mar,.and recom- mended that Item 20 of the recommendations of the City Engineeri which reads as follows, Motion x be omitted. Second x .
