Zimmerman Eugene Cich Helen Herrmann MINUTES Minutes of the regular meeting on December 16, 1965 and adjourned meeting on January 6, 1966 were approved on the motion of Commissioner Copelin,,seconded by Commissioner Jakosky, and carried. Commissioner Downing joined the meeting during the following discussion. TENTATIVE MAPS The Commission considered the tentative map of Tract 6152 Tract 6152, being a proposed subdivision of a portion of Blocks 96 and 97, Irvine's Subdivi- sion, consisting of 134.4 acres divided into 391 single family residential lots and 1 private recreational lot, located north of 5th Avenue and east of the prolongation of Marguerite Avenue,. Corona del Mar,.and recom- mended that Item 20 of the recommendations of the City Engineeri which reads as follows, Motion x be omitted. Second x . Ayes x x xx x x "That a street connection be made between Noes x Sandcastle Drive and 5th Avenue at Poppy Street in order to improve local traffic circulation and to improve emergency.access. There has been some discussion of the possibility of extending 5th Avenue easterly • and northerly in lieu of the connection at Poppy.
