MAPS The tentative map of Tract 3201 being a proposed Tract 3201 industrial subdivision consisting of approximately 72 acres divided into 78 lots located between Palisades Road and Mac Arthur Boulevard, Acacia and Birch Streets was recommended to the City Council for approval, subject to the following conditions: 1. That an additional access street between . Acacia and Birch Streets be required in to traffic flow. order assure a safe 2. That recommendations as set forth in a communication by the Public Works Director dated December 31, 1959.be complied with. 5. CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH COMMISSIONERS n ; N Tz, O G p n m � mZp2o r " Z ADDITIONAL BUSINESS APPROVED Planning Commission Amendment No. 75 which proposes to amend District Map No. 8 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code from a C -1 to an Unclassified District for the westerly 17.74 feet of Lot 22, Block 530 and Lots Motion 23 to 30 inclusive, Lancasters Addition, was set for Second a public hearing on February 18, 1960. All Ayes COMMUNICATIONS APPROVED Presented to the Commission was a memorandum dated January 12, 1960, addressed to the Planning Director, signed by Walter Charamza, City Attorney, relating to Council action on Ordinance 909 pertaining to zoning regulations for residential garages and additions to non - conforming buildings. It was the request of the City Council that the Commission review the language prepared by the City Attorney for this Ordinance and to recommend approval or denial. The Commission unanimously approved the terminology as prepared by the'City Attorney in connection with Motion • the subject matter and recommended to the City Council Second that subject ordinance be processed.
