A motion was initiated to establish February 16, 1961, a 8 :00 P.M., as the date and time to consider Precise Plan No. 7 to the - Street and Highway Unit of the Master Plan which proposes to establish the realignment of 5th Avenue Motion x between Marguerite and Narcissus Avenue and the extension Second x of Narcissus Avenue northerly, in Corona del Mar.
