FINAL MAPS
Tract 5480 The final map of Tract 5480, being a proposed subdivisio
of a Portion of Block 52, Irvine's Subdivision, con-
sisting of 12.01 acres divided into 54 R- 4- B -2 -uL lots,
located in the Eastbluff area was recommended to the
City Council for approval subject to the following con-
ditions:
1. That all improvements be constructed as required Motion x
by Ordinance and the Public Works Department. Second x

2. That the following numbered section of the Sub-
division Ordinance be waived and the change be
approved as noted;
• A. (Section 9253.21) The final map be
drawn to a scale larger than 1" ■ 100'
provided a map drawn accurately to a
scale of 1" s 1001 is furnished the
Public Works Department.
3. That all grading be in accordance with a grading
plan and report approved by the Public Works
Director and a qualified Soils Engineer. Upon
completion of the grading, the Soils Engineer
shall certify that the grading has been com-
pleted according to the plan and will not en-
danger any property.
4. That it conform to the conditions imposed on
Use Permit No. 971.
TENTATIVE AND FINAL MAPS
Tract 5287 The tentative and final map of Tract 5287, being a pro-
posed subdivision of a Portion of Lots 158 and 159,
Block 53, Irvine °s Subdivision, consisting of 2.74 acre
divided into 9 residential lots, located between
Santiago Drive and Antigua Way in the West Upper Bay,
was recommended to the City Council for approval subject
to the following conditions:
• 1. That all improvements be constructed as required Motion
