The Commission discussed a use permit filed by Mrs. Mary Rabber Hoag on February 7, 1963, requesting a zero rear and side yard encroachment for a patio cover at 312 Ruby Avenue, Balboa Island. After considerable dis- cussion, the Commission found and determined that since the application had been filed that day and they had not had an opportunity to inspect the premises, the Motion x subject matter should be considered at the meeting on Second x February 21, 1963.
