Motion x Second 1. Jamboree Road - change from primary to major. All Ayes 2. Banning properties - relocate existing secondary and add two now primary roads. 3. Ford Road between Mae Arthur 6 Jamboree Road - change from primary to secondary. 4. East Bluff area - delete any symbol shoring arterial roads. • 5. Aeromstronic area - delete any symbol showing arterial roads. 6. P.B. right- of-way - delete secondary symbol shown adjacent to Seashore Drive. VARIANCES V -717 CLARK, James W. 120 E. The Commission discussed a use permit filed by Mrs. Mary Rabber Hoag on February 7, 1963, requesting a zero rear and side yard encroachment for a patio cover at 312 Ruby Avenue, Balboa Island. After considerable dis- cussion, the Commission found and determined that since the application had been filed that day and they had not had an opportunity to inspect the premises, the Motion x subject matter should be considered at the meeting on Second x February 21, 1963.
