MINUTES
Minutes of the regular meeting on January 19, 1961 and
adjourned meeting on February 2, 1961 were approved on
the motion of Commissioner Marshall, seconded by
Commissioner Copelin, and carried.
FINAL MAPS
Tract
The final map of Tract 3660, being a proposed subdivision
3660
consisting of 20.85 acres divided into 54 lots and
located north of 5th Avenue and easterly of MacArthur
APPROVED
Boulevard in Corona del Mar was 'recommended to the City
Council for approval, subject to the following conditions:
1. That all utilities be installed underground.

serve on the following committees: Board of Adjustments,
Parks, Beaches & Recreation Liaison and Subdivision.

Presented to the Commission was Use Permit No. 721 filed
by Max M. Russell, District Superintendent and Secretary
to the Board of Newport Harbor Union High School District,
requesting the construction of a high school and
accessory uses in an Unclassified District located on a
Portion of Block 56, Irvine's Subdivision.
The Commission, having reviewed the site plan at an
earlier study session, approved the application subject
to the condition that the site plan be in accordance

sioner Clark, and carried, the meeting was adjourned
until March 2, 1961, at 8:00 P.M. in the City Hall
