That street tree planting be in accordance with recommendations of the Parks, Beaches & Recreation Department. • 5. That a retaining wall adjacent to Coast Highway b established in order to prohibit vehicular or pedestrian access to Coast Highway. On October 26, 1959 the City Council approved the tentative map of this proposed subdivision imposing the conditions as recommended by the Planning Commission and added the following conditions: 1. That there be a l' strip deeded to the City along Coast Highway and a deed or lease restriction be placed on the road forbidding access to Coast Highway. 2. That the City Engineer work out technical details so that money will be available for a traffic signal system at Coast Highway.
