Minutes of the regular meeting on January 21, 1960 and
adjourned meeting on February 4, 1960 were approved on
the motion of Commissioner Rudd, seconded by
Commissioner Copelin, and carried.

7. That a retaining wall adjacent to Coast Highway b
established in order to prohibit vehicular or
pedestrian access to Coast Highway.
On October 26, 1959 the City Council approved the
tentative map of this proposed subdivision imposing the
conditions as recommended by the Planning Commission and
added the following conditions:
1. That there be a l' strip deeded to the City
along Coast Highway and a deed or lease
restriction be placed on the road forbidding
access to Coast Highway.
2. That the City Engineer work out technical
details so that money will be available for
a traffic signal system at Coast Highway.
The Planning Commission, on recommendation of the
approval of the final map, added these two conditions to
its approval.

On motion of Commissioner Rudd, seconded by
Commissioner Marshall, and carried, the meeting was
adjourned until March 3, 1960, at 8:00 P.M. in the City
