1964 from the Building and Safety Director for a
general interpretation of grade as related to number of
stories and height of structure as governed by Article
IX, in connection with a proposed dwelling for B. B.

Upon a review of the plans presented by a representative

New information and evidence submitted by the City
Attorney, not before the Commission at the time of the
hearing on January 2, 1964, was not, in the opinion of
the Commission, of sufficient nature to warrant
