At the time of action on Tentative
Tract 6015 (Newport Center), a,waiver
of- sidewalk adjacent to the golf
course was requested.. The area in-
volved in the golf course was that
which is now proposed for apartment
development. It is felt that.there,
will be pedestrian traffic on the
westerly,side.of Newport Center Drive;
and that ,a sidewalk will be needed.
7. That satisfactory:surety be .posted
and an agreement.be executed to
guarantee completion of public im-
provements and that a standard in-
spection fee be paid.
8. That.all grading be in accordance
with a grading plan and report
•
approved by the Public Works Director
and a qualified Soils Engineer. Upon
completion of the grading, the Soils
Engineer shall certify that the grad -
ing has been completed according to
the_plan.and the Grading Ordinance.
A reproducible copy.of the grading
plan on a standard size sheet shall
be furnished to the Public Works
Department.
9. That all improvement plans be pre-
pared on standard size sheets by a
licensed civil.engineer.
10. That access to the parcel be compat-
ible with median openings in Newport
Center Drive and Newport Center Drive,
West, and the future ramps of the
Pacific Coast Freeway:
