Page 2. CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH COMMISSIONERS COMMICATIONS 1. A request dated March 4, 1963, signed by Richard A. Rice, for permission to use a municipal parking lot for off- street parking requirements, pursuant to Section 9104.31(c) of Planning and Zoning Regulations, was recommended to the City Council for approval, subject to the condition that a legal contract be executed between the City of Newport Beach and the owner of the Balboa Inn providing for off -site parking on the Motion x Municipal parking lot in the immediate area. Second x All Ayes The waiver of off- street parking requirements is on the basis of ninety five (95) parking spaces required for new uses contemplated in the redevelopment of the Balboa Inn as shown on plot plan submitted. If the final building plans are not in accordance with the plot plan on file in the Planning Department, the request for off - street parking waiver must be returned to the Planning Commission for further consideration. 2. Bequest dated March 11, 1963 signed by Elton D. Denner, • Chairman Board of Trustees Plymouth Congregational Church of Corona del Mar, for a one year extension of Use Permit No. 846 which permits the use of the Port Theatre, 2905 E. Coast Hwy., Corona del Mar, for Motion x Sunday morning church services, was approved. Second x All Ayes 3. Request from Macco Corporation dated March 15, 1963 for a 1 year extension of Use Permit No. 724 which permits a dwelling unit to be used as a tract office Motion x in Tract 3357 (Cameo Shores) was approved.
