Page 2. CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH COMMISSIONERS COMMICATIONS 1. A request dated March 4, 1963, signed by Richard A. Rice, for permission to use a municipal parking lot for off- street parking requirements, pursuant to Section 9104.31(c) of Planning and Zoning Regulations, was recommended to the City Council for approval, subject to the condition that a legal contract be executed between the City of Newport Beach and the owner of the Balboa Inn providing for off -site parking on the Motion x Municipal parking lot in the immediate area. Second x All Ayes The waiver of off- street parking requirements is on the basis of ninety five (95) parking spaces required for new uses contemplated in the redevelopment of the Balboa Inn as shown on plot plan submitted. If the final building plans are not in accordance with the plot plan on file in the Planning Department, the request for off - street parking waiver must be returned to the Planning Commission for further consideration. 2.
