MINUTES
Minutes of the regular meeting on February 21, 1963 and
adjourned meeting March 7, 1963 were approved on the
motion of Commissioner Rea, seconded by Commissioner
Clark, and carried.

for permission to use a municipal parking lot for
off- street parking requirements, pursuant to Section
9104.31(c) of Planning and Zoning Regulations, was
recommended to the City Council for approval, subject
to the condition that a legal contract be executed
between the City of Newport Beach and the owner of the
Balboa Inn providing for off -site parking on the

The waiver of off- street parking requirements is on the
basis of ninety five (95) parking spaces required for
new uses contemplated in the redevelopment of the
Balboa Inn as shown on plot plan submitted. If the

to the Planning Commission for further consideration.
