CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING

Applicant requests permission to make major alterations
to a non conforming apartment building.
Chairman Alvan C. Clemente called the adjourned meeting
of the Planning Commission to order at 3 :00 P.M. at
114 - 22nd Street, Newport Beach, California for the
purpose of inspecting the building for which Use Permit
No. 722, as noted above, has been applied for.
After a careful inspection of the building by all
Commissioners present, the public hearing for subject
use permit was continued until April 6, 1961 at 8 :00 P.M.
in the City Hall Council Chambers on motion of Commis -
