That all improvements be constructed as Second x required by Ordinance and the Public Works All Ayes Department. 2. That the following Sections of the Subdivi- sion Ordinance be waived: A. Section 9253.21 • Waive requirement that final tract map be drawn to a scale of 1" L 100' . providing a map of the tract drawn to a scale of 1" c 100' is furnished to the Public Works Department for tracing purposes. B. Section 9254.13D Waive 20 foot minimum property line radius requirement at strest.inter -. sections. Standard property line radius in this area is 15 feet. C. Section 9254.14 . Waive 60 foot minimum street right - of ;-way requirement and 40 foot minimum pavement width requirement. Some of the proposed streets have a 56 foot minimum right -of -way with a 36 foot pavement width. 3. That the Tract be rezoned from an Unclassified to an R -1 -B District. 4. A condition of the tentative map approval that all lots fronting Santiago Drive have turn- . arounds in order to provide a non hazardous vehicular approach was waived on considera- tion of the final map. May dated March 19, 1963 for an extension of Use Permit 851 which permits small boat manufacturing and repair in the rear of building and retail sales in front, at 2616 Newport Blvd., Newport Beach, California, was approved for an indefinite Motion x period.
